Bring some weed, I got a story to tell....
I was listening to Biggie today/yesterday. I didn't even really realize it is the anniversary of his death. Anniversary is the wrong word. I heard "Sky's the Limit" and I wondered how the little dude who played young Biggie in the video was doing. He looked so damn happy to be associated with The Notorious One. (Let me know how the kid is doing if you are his older brother or sister, I'm just curious.)
Christopher never glorified the streets. He was/is the ONE that actually makes me feel that the streets aren't the place to be. He "spits that hot fire" about creepin with shawty's and politicin' with thugs and g'z, but he is telling the story, not glorifing the life.
I don't write well enough to give B.I.G. his due.
